Check-in Manager and Conciergerie
Our check-in manager will make sure your booking and check-in happens as smoothly as possible. Our digital concierge will be at your disposal for any questions or concerns you may have as well as recommend restaurants, sites, and tours. You can contact the only concierge through our QR codes found on the properties.

Breakfast Service
A breakfast basket will be ready at the property for the duration of the stay.

Cleaning and Towel Service
All of our apartments are cleaned by a professional cleaning company prior to check-in. If you are staying longer, or simply love the feeling of being in a hotel, we offer you additional cleaning during your stay - daily cleanings or once a week, it's your choice! If the duration of your stay exceeds one week, our cleaning team will provide fresh bedlinen weekly whereas fresh sets of towels will be provided every three days.

Locker Service
If you wish to leave your bags with us before being able to check-in or after checking out, we are able to provide you with a locker service to store your belongings safely.

Airport Transfer
When thinking of luggage pickup, the long taxi waiting lines of the summer season and the language barrier, the beginning of your holidays does not sound that thrilling. This is why we offer transfer services from Barcelona airport and other major train stations in the city to your accommodation. It is the best way to start your trip relaxed and well taken care of.
